POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Webster, TX. You will engage walk-in and phone customers, process orders, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a smooth sales flow.

Responsibilities include data entry for invoices, handling payments or credits, addressing warranty questions, and assisting with warehouse duties. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1+ years in inside sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Walk-in and phone customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to process sales orders accurately and quickly.
• Strong with data entry and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers and build relationships.
• Process, pull and distribute customer products for pickup or delivery.
• Handle questions and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Enter sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery.
• Secure payment or obtain credit authorization per policy.
• Advise on delivery timing based on vendor schedules.
• Assist in receiving, shipping and warehouse duties.
