Service Motor Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Wisconsin to engage with current and prospective customers. You will identify needs, present tailored solutions, and drive quotes, deliveries, and training coordination to support the sales cycle.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, basic math ability, and experience with sales and inventory tools. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Associate’s degree or 2-year technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or staff.
• Initiate contact with current and prospective customers to discuss products and generate new sales opportunities.
• Assess customer needs, recommend product solutions, and provide detailed product information.
• Negotiate pricing, services, and terms to close sales effectively and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes based on customer requirements and market conditions.
• Submit finalized sales orders to corporate sales for manufacturer processing and approval.
• Handle credit applications and gather necessary customer information for order completion.
