Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize high-impact tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in both office and warehouse environments; lifting up to 50+ lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales and customer retention through personalized account management.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person (counter sales).
• Process orders/returns, pricing/availability requests, quotes, and vendor support.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and other teams to pursue opportunities.
• Ensure accurate warehouse and fulfillment operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
