Service Motor Company seeks an Inside Sales Representative to engage with current and prospective customers, identify needs, and tailor solutions for consumer buyers. You will perform warm calls, generate leads, prepare quotes, and negotiate deals to meet targets while coordinating demonstrations, deliveries, and training with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The role requires strong product knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Associate degree or 2-year technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Initiate contact with current and prospective customers to discuss products and generate new sales opportunities.
• Assess customer needs, recommend product solutions, and provide detailed product information.
• Negotiate pricing, services, and terms to close sales.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes based on customer requirements.
• Submit finalized orders for manufacturer processing and approval.
• Coordinate and oversee product demonstrations, deliveries, and training.
• Maintain ongoing communication to address concerns and nurture relationships.
• Monitor market trends and track sales activities for the pipeline.
