Job summary

Responsibilities

• Increase center's inside sales and support Account Executive as needed.
• Maintain and expand center accounts; upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Provide customers with clear benefits of products/services.
• Manage proofs, pricing and job estimates; ensure accuracy.
• Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Use CRM tools to track progress and communication.
• Assist on production floor when needed.
