You will manage customer inquiries, assist with leads, and maintain accounts using MIS and CRM systems. This role emphasizes professional communication, organization, and timely project updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.

Responsibilities

• Increase center sales and internal collaboration with Account Executive.

• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Maintain customer records and update on job progress.
• Use CRM tools to manage communications and leads.
• Keep pricing strategies and billing procedures up to date.
