Tilcon New York Inc., a CRH company, seeks a sales support professional to bolster the Commercial Department in maintaining pricing, records, and pricing integrity across systems. This office-based role collaborates with inside and outside sales teams, occasionally performing inside sales duties to support growth of Tilcon's customer base.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a Sales/Marketing position or equivalent with a customer service focus.
• Preferred experience in construction material sales.
• Experience with CRM/quote management systems and MS Office Excel; ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by maintaining pricing and orders; update records in company systems.
• Enter and verify pricing and cartage rates on sales orders.
• Maintain tax exempt certificates and system status.
• Run reports to identify pricing errors and improve efficiency.
• Provide general sales system support and documentation; troubleshoot issues.
