You will work with internal teams to keep daily operations smooth and accurate. The position requires 1-2 years of inside sales or sales support experience and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in inside sales, sales support, order processing, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high call volume with professionalism and customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and software orders accurately using Microsoft Dynamics AX and internal company systems.
• Respond to 50-75 inbound customer calls per day via phone and email.
• Prepare customer quotations, generate software licenses, and maintain customer records and documents.
• Coordinate with sales teams, factories, and internal departments to resolve order issues and RMAs.
• Manage inventory, forecasts, shipping schedules, returns, and order discrepancies.
