Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction supplies or equipment industry preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to manage quotes and orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, fulfillment.
• Maintain quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental contracts.
• Coordinate purchasing for inventory, drop-ship, and site services.
• Collaborate with outside sales and branch leadership.
• Support inventory, receiving, and resolve discrepancies.
