Job summary

MTS Systems Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide operational support for the sales process, ensuring accurate and timely order management while delivering outstanding customer support. You will act as a liaison between customers, Account Managers, and internal teams, handling order entry, documentation, and fulfillment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Strong organizational and communication skills required.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and CRM management.
Customer service orientation and proactive problem solving.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for customers across orders, deliveries, parts, installation, and inquiries to ensure resolution.
Champion MTS Value Propositions and communicate full capabilities to customers.
Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
Coordinate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and field service to resolve needs.
