Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Specialist to provide technical product knowledge and training to branch sales reps, coordinate quotes, and support inside sales.

The role emphasizes pricing, delivery coordination, and customer relationship building to meet timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, expediting quotes, and contributing to sales reports and strategic market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of sales experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation abilities.
• Organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timeline by coordinating with product manager and manufacturers’ reps to establish competitive pricing.
• Take customer calls and pursue sales, expediting parts when needed.
• Sell products and services and build relationships to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate large quotes (over 100 line items) with sales and QS departments.
• Research and expedite customer orders to meet delivery dates and quality expectations.
• Process customer orders in the sales database for quotes and schedules.
