Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG is seeking a customer support professional to proactively process orders from design through production. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and computer skills to ensure inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

The successful candidate will enter and manage quotations, sales orders, pricing, delivery terms, and shipment modes, coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, and procurement to meet deadlines and support sales

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 5 years of customer service/sales experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with distributor partners and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain quotations, sales orders, prices, delivery terms, and shipment modes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and project management to ensure timely quotations and order fulfillment.
• Provide inside sales support to Regional Sales Manager and assist in meeting sales targets.
• Identify suitable product substitutions and manage related documentation.
• Demonstrate safe working behaviors and adhere to company policies.
