Responsibilities

• Primary contact and service support for the regional Sales Team and Customers.

• Maintain documentation and support after-hours customer requirements.
• Plan, schedule, production and continuous improvement for the service center.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet goals and objectives.
• Ship products on time and ensure delinquencies are minimized.
