Qualifications

• ERP experience preferred (Epicor Prophet 21).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process orders, quotes, and returns using Epicor Prophet 21 ERP.
• Research and resolve order/delivery issues professionally.
• Create and manage purchase orders with vendors.
• Assist in the warehouse during peak periods as needed.
