Empower Rental Group is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Greenville, SC store. The role supports branch operations, handles customer inquiries, assists with pickups/deliveries, and completes outbound sales calls to meet daily quotas.

The position emphasizes a strong customer service attitude, clear communication, and teamwork with branch staff to ensure orders are accurate and customers receive what they need. Multitasking and timely responses are essential.

We now have over 36 locations, and we are adding an Inside Sales Representative to our team at our Greenville store!

The Inside Sales Representative supports the operations of branches by working with customers, vendors, and branch employees to provide operational services. The Inside Sales Representative supports sales as needed and completes outbound sales calls. The Inside Sales Representative is a true multitasker who works in many facets while completing operational tasks and providing customer service to internal and external customers. They work cooperatively with the other members of the team to ensure orders are placed correctly and the customer gets exactly what they need. This position requires a customer service attitude for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Answer operational branch calls assisting and taking ownership of all customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries. Assist walk-in customers (if applicable) with pick-ups and deliveries.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.
• Notate all calls in the rental system via electronic call logs.
• Route trucks and maintain consistent driver communication. Schedules drivers.
• Schedule truck maintenance.
• Complete call-off number recordings and communicate to customers.
• Complete contract closeouts and rental period invoicing.
• Complete cycle invoice accuracy.
• Complete fuel inventory on site/ordering.
• Write Purchase Orders.
• Work with the Shop Foreman or rental shop on equipment assigning to orders.
• Complete truck PPE inventory.
• Assist outside sales representatives.
• Assist with project execution tasks such as answering questions around administration, delivery or invoicing.
• Handles customers’ inquiries/requests in a timely manner.
• Communicates frequently with the customer.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
