Empower Rental Group in Greenville, SC is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support branch operations and customer service. You will handle inbound inquiries, assist with pick-ups and deliveries, and perform outbound sales calls to meet quotas.

The role requires exceptional communication, multitasking ability, and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. A customer-service attitude and team collaboration are essential in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Inside Sales Representative supports sales as needed and completes outbound sales calls. The Inside Sales Representative is a true multitasker who works in many facets while completing operational tasks and providing customer service to internal and external customers. They work cooperatively with the other members of the team to ensure orders are placed correctly and the customer gets exactly what they need. This position requires a customer service attitude for both internal and external customers.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answer operational branch calls assisting and taking ownership of all customer needs.Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries.
