Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and own customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries; help walk-ins.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per quota.
• Log calls in the rental system with electronic logs.
• Coordinate driver schedules and truck maintenance.
• Prepare contract closeouts and rental invoicing.
• Ensure accurate cycle invoicing and fuel inventory on site.
• Write Purchase Orders and support shop for equipment orders.
• Assist outside sales reps and with project tasks.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain safety.
