Empower Rental Group in Panama City, FL is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support branch operations with customers, vendors, and staff. You will handle outbound sales calls, assist with pick-ups/deliveries, and ensure orders are processed accurately to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Detail orientation and accuracy must be top-notch.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and own customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.
• Notates all calls in the rental system via electronic call logs.
• Routes trucks and maintains driver communication; schedules drivers.
• Schedules truck maintenance and vehicle readiness.
• Complete call-off number recordings and communicate to customers.
• Process contract closeouts and rental period invoicing; ensure cycle invoicing accuracy.
• Manage fuel inventory on site and ordering.
• Write purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Shop Foreman on equipment assignments.
• Assist outside sales representatives and project execution tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain frequent communication.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
