Responsibilities

• Inside Sales & Lead Management: respond to leads, build rapport, follow up, maintain notes, identify opportunities, track progress.
• Business Development: generate new opportunities, reach out to past customers, referral partners, networking, social media support.
• Office & Operations Support: schedule, enter data, keep records organized, ensure procedures are followed.
• Warehouse & Inventory: maintain clean office/warehouse, monitor supplies, organize deliveries, track inventory.
