Job summary

Arizona Tile is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process customer orders and provide sales support, ensuring the best possible customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment within a tile and slab distribution setting. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in retail sales with front-facing customer interaction; experience with stone/slabs is a plus.
• Certifications: Forklift certification – as needed per location.
• Technical: Basic computer skills and data entry in Windows.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders using the company's order processing system, accurately and efficiently.
• Provide ongoing sales support to customers in person, by phone, or other means, ensuring excellent communication.
• Process and evaluate special transfer or restock requests, consulting with the manager as required.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Stay up to date on stock, back orders, and supply issues to inform customers.
