Qualifications

• 2–5 years inside sales experience (metals, materials, manufacturing experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Generate and follow up on product quotes.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers.
• Process sales orders, returns, credits, and debits.
• Monitor inventory and communicate concerns to purchasing/management.
• Resolve customer service issues with professionalism.
• Continuously expand product and service knowledge.
• Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs.

• Track competitor pricing and product offerings.
