Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a newly formed Inside Sales team within the Pool business unit. You will drive growth by managing dealers and coordinating with field sales, marketing, and service teams to optimize revenue and customer experience.

You will coach reps, define go-to-market plans, and implement lead workflows while leveraging Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline management. This is a full-time, on-site role in Coppell, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role.
• Experience building or scaling an inside sales function with both inside and outside sales.
• Deep expertise in multi-step sales environments (Channel Partners, Distribution, Dealers).
• Mastery of Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass sales quota for the Inside Sales team.
• Develop, implement, and lead a focused sales strategy for the Inside Sales team, aligned with the Pool business unit's objectives.
• Coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives to meet company goals.
• Define criteria for the targeted account list for inside sales, a fluid exercise.
• Protect and grow the existing book of business by being transferred to the Inside Sales team.
• Establish and manage lead management, qualification, and sales cycle processes.
