You will implement strategies, coach reps, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Field Sales to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes process definition, CRM use, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient handoffs and strong performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role.
• Experience building scalable inside sales teams.
• Proven ability to define engagement rules across channels.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass the Inside Sales team quota.
• Develop and lead a focused sales strategy aligned with Pool business objectives.
• Coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives for growth.
• Define criteria for the targeted account list for inside sales.
• Protect and grow the existing book of business for the team.
• Establish and manage lead management, qualification, and sales cycle processes.
