Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Pool Inside Sales Account Manager in Coppell, TX. This remote-facing role focuses on building value-based relationships with builders and dealers, driving revenue, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

You will lead discovery calls, tailor product solutions (IntelliCenter, IntelliFlo3), collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Technical Support, and negotiate terms to close profitable deals in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of inside sales or account management experience with full-cycle sales.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
Strong remote communication and relationship-building skills with dealers.
Experience with complex deal cycles and negotiations.
Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of builder accounts, grow revenue through upsell and cross-sell.
Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and success criteria.
Present tailored product solutions focusing on Pentair's differentiators (IntelliCenter, IntelliFlo3).
Manage pipeline, provide forecasts, and meet quotas.
Lead negotiations and close deals using incentive programs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, Technical Support, and Field Application Specialists.
