Pentair plc in Coppell, TX, is seeking a Pool Inside Sales Account Manager to be the remote point of contact for a portfolio of dealer accounts. You will drive revenue, build value-based relationships, and lead the sales process in a hybrid environment.

The role requires 5+ years in inside sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office. Salary is $38.00-$42.00/hour plus an annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inside sales experience with full sales cycle responsibility.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with complex deal cycles.
• Proficient with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of existing dealer accounts and grow opportunities through upsell/cross-sell.
• Lead discovery calls to understand dealer needs and success criteria.
• Present tailored product solutions focusing on differentiators and service.
• Manage pipeline, provide forecasts, and meet quotas.
• Lead negotiations and close new business with mutual terms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Support, and Field Specialists.
