H-E Parts International seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead the CSR team, coordinate pricing, and drive profitable revenue through proactive customer engagement. The role involves interfacing with customers, sales teams, pricing, and inventory to ensure competitive quotes and timely deliveries.

The candidate should have 4-year degree or commensurate experience, 2-5 years in sales in the industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain detailed records.

Formación

• 4-year Degree or Commensurate Experience preferred.
• 2-5 years’ sales experience within the industry preferred.
• Technical understanding of the product and components.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Experience in marketing through utilization of various strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve inside sales and service objectives by supporting the CSR team in communicating with customers, soliciting new business, and following up on inquiries for company products.
• Coordinate with pricing and inventory to maintain competitive pricing, margins and deliveries.
• Interact with Procurement and Operations daily.
• Lead and support the inside sales team and perform upselling activities.
• Establish component pricing and work with inventory and service groups to prioritize workflow.
