HI-Speed Industrial Service is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead the inside sales team in the industrial parts business. The role focuses on driving revenue, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with warehousing to fulfill orders accurately.

You will develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and report KPIs to senior management while maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in industrial parts or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools; ability to analyze sales data.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach inside sales reps to meet revenue and customer service targets.
• Coordinate with warehousing to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
• Set objectives, monitor progress, provide feedback, and report KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects; address inquiries and issues.
• Generate forecasts, reports, and insights for senior management.
