Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Experience with consumer lending/auto financing a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10+ employees.
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate the team to maximize opportunities.
• Review and approve time sheets and time-off requests.
• Conduct monthly coaching sessions based on scorecard results and observations.
• Analyze reports to gauge performance and develop call strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
