Job summary

Capital One is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a small team of Relationship Managers (Credit Buyers) in Downers Grove, IL. You will drive loan origination performance while monitoring credit exceptions within policy and authority limits.

You will also train, coach, and guide the team to ensure adherence to essential sales processes and directly manage a territory of dealers through ongoing relationship building and negotiation of applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 2 years of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years in Indirect Auto Finance.
• 2+ years in Credit Underwriting.
• 3+ years in Sales and Marketing.
