Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales Experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and development of associates.
• Delivers performance feedback through recognition, rewards and disciplinary actions.
• Guides employee success with growth opportunities and accountability.
• Manages dealer relationships and drives sales with a defined set of dealers.
• Analyzes data and operations to improve outcomes and performance.
• Ensures team scheduling and coverage, including PTO and overtime.
