Job summary

Glide Window Cleaning is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Orem to own the phones, the team, and the numbers. You will carry your own quota, hire and ramp new reps, and coach the floor to achieve strong revenue with a base salary plus commission.

You’ll manage a fast-paced pipeline, ensure rapid follow-up on every lead, and use data to optimize revenue per lead and average ticket. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and requires hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach a sales team.
• Strong track record of hitting quota and coaching reps to higher performance.
• Experience building processes around hiring, training and ramping new reps.
