Job summary

Glide Window Cleaning is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Orem, UT to own the phones, the team, and the numbers. You will carry a weekly quota, recruit and coach reps, and convert inbound leads into signed quotes with speed and discipline.

You will work with a strong tech stack, real-time dashboards, and AI call scoring, reporting to the Head of Marketing. This role demands drive, coaching skill, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Former top door-to-door or inside sales rep.
• Led reps for at least one season or year (hiring, training, accountability).
• Knows inside sales by the numbers: speed to lead, missed-call rate, contact rate, set rate, close rate, average ticket, revenue per lead.
• Real coach with ability to explain how to improve reps.
• Comfortable with numbers; reads funnel and fixes leaks.
• Available Monday–Friday 8am–6pm Mountain in Orem office.

Responsibilities

• Call every new lead within five minutes during business hours and close gaps the same day.
• Maintain a tight pipeline with next steps and recent touches; no quotes older than 24 hours.
• Coach reps to quote full scope and recurring plans; focus on revenue per lead and average ticket.
• Lead daily 1:1s and huddles; monitor calls with AI scoring to improve outcomes.
• Recruit and ramp new reps; own playbook and keep it sharp.
• Ensure CRM data is clean and accurately reflects deals and lead sources.
• Sell with a weekly quota; report a weekly summary to the owner with insights.
• Own the weekly reporting and drive the floor performance.
