Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead our call-center team for home remodeling projects. You will own the lead-to-appointment funnel, coach CSRs, and drive calendar integrity as we expand nationally with multi-market growth.

You will run daily huddles, improve scripts and training, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM while delivering measurable improvements in appointment quality and turnout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing an inside sales / appointment-setting / call center team, home services preferred.
• Track record focused on results, not activity, with measurable improvements.
• Hands-on coaching on difficult calls and pipeline management.
• Strong CRM discipline with accurate, auditable data.

Responsibilities

• Own the lead-to-appointment funnel end-to-end: speed-to-lead, contact, booking, and held demos.
• Lead daily 10-minute huddles and maintain a data-driven floor with inventory.
• Handle escalations on tough calls and protect calendar accuracy.
• Coach via call reviews, 1:1s, and training materials; onboard new CSRs.
• Scale the team across markets; participate in hiring and onboarding.
