Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to contact homeowners who have already requested information about remodeling their bathroom. This is a full-time, W2 position with on-site work at our Clearwater office.

You will receive leads, not cold calls, and you will schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants. You’ll be measured by performance with potential bonuses, and you’ll gain training, coaching, and advancement opportunities in a supportive, local team.

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to contact homeowners who have already requested information about remodeling their bathroom. These are not random cold calls you’ll work with incoming leads, build interest, qualify the opportunity, and schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants.

This is a performance-driven position for someone who wants their effort and results to directly influence their income.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Your goal is not simply to book as many appointments as possible. You’ll create quality appointments with homeowners who are informed, prepared, and genuinely interested in taking the next step.

You will:

• * Contact new homeowner leads by phone and text
• * Build rapport and take control of the conversation
• * Ask questions to understand the project, needs, and timeline
• * Explain what makes Clearwater Shower Bath different
• * Overcome hesitation and help homeowners see the value of an in-home consultation
• * Qualify each opportunity before scheduling
• * Set clear expectations for the appointment
• * Confirm that all decision-makers can participate
• * Record complete and accurate information in our CRM
• * Follow up consistently with homeowners who have not scheduled
• * Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce cancellations and reschedules
