Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to contact homeowners who have already requested information about remodeling their bathroom. This is a full-time, W2 position with on-site work at our Clearwater office.

You will receive leads, not cold calls, and you will schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants. You’ll be measured by performance with potential bonuses, and you’ll gain training, coaching, and advancement opportunities in a supportive, local team.

Qualifications

• Inside sales/appointment setting experience is helpful.
• Strong communication skills, motivation, and willingness to learn are valuable.
• Ability to build rapport and guide conversations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contact new homeowner leads by phone and text.
• Build rapport and take control of the conversation.
• Ask questions to understand the project, needs, and timeline.
• Explain what makes Clearwater Shower Bath different.
• Overcome hesitation and show the value of an in-home consultation.
• Qualify each opportunity before scheduling.
• Record complete and accurate information in our CRM.
