Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to contact homeowners who have requested information about remodeling their bathroom. The position offers hourly base pay plus performance-based bonuses and is based on-site in our Clearwater office.

You will qualify opportunities, schedule in-home consultations for Design Consultants, and maintain accurate CRM records. Training, coaching, and advancement opportunities are provided to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Strong phone-based communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Experience in inside sales or appointment setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact new homeowner leads by phone and text.
• Build rapport and take control of conversations.
• Qualify each opportunity before scheduling.
• Schedule in-home consultations for design consultants.
• Record complete and accurate information in the CRM.
• Follow up with homeowners who have not scheduled.
