Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Healthcare Inside District Sales Manager - Development to lead a defined healthcare sales district, drive targets, and grow the territory.

You will build and mentor a professional sales team, execute sales motions, and develop partner relationships while partnering with Marketing to boost brand awareness. In this role you will manage pipeline, deliver compelling presentations to senior executives, own top customer relationships, and schedule key customer

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of technology sales experience (Healthcare).
• Proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities within a defined district with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Build a professional sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees).
• Oversee performance, coach, motivate, and mentor the team.
• Drive sales motions, campaigns, and exponential territory growth.
• Develop new business with existing customers and acquire new customers.
• Engage partners to strengthen relationships within the district.
• Coordinate with Marketing to build brand awareness and pipeline.
