Qualifications

• 5 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related area.
• 2+ years experience managing a team of sales or customer service professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside Sales and Sales Administration by communicating and managing expectations and job results.
• Facilitate processes of all sales-related tasks, complete and approve administrative paperwork, and maintain a sales database.
• Develop relationships among customers, commercial managers, and other departments to align goals and solve problems.
• Develop and maintain marketing reports/data to support the commercial department.
• Responsible for budget preparation; monitor costs and analyze variances; review and approve invoices.
