Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Process inquiries and orders and compile product requirements.
• Determine and communicate status, lead time and shipping information.
• Explore potential new customers.
• Develops, establishes and maintains customer relationships to meet revenue goals.
