Job summary

ATI is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance Operations (Specialty Materials) to partner with Operations leadership across multiple manufacturing locations, providing financial leadership, forecasting, and internal control compliance.

This role will drive cost savings, capital analyses, and productivity initiatives while developing a high-performing finance team. You will lead a team of Plant Analysts, translate financial results into actionable insights, and continuously evaluate systems and processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations & Supply Chain teams, translating financial results into actionable business insights.
• Drive working capital improvements with a focus on inventory management.
• Develop financial models to evaluate proposed business strategies and operational initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Plant Analysts with performance management.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and variance analyses.
• Promote a data-driven culture using digital platforms, financial analysis, and cost management.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
