Job summary

Novagard in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to strengthen customer relationships and support revenue growth through proactive outreach, opportunity management, and quote follow-up. You will partner across Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Planning, and Leadership to deliver a responsive, consistent customer experience. The role emphasizes sales execution, account management, and data-driven analysis, with travel rare.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of inside sales, customer operations, sales support, or account management experience.
• Demonstrated success building customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow, retain, and reactivate accounts through proactive outreach.
• Identify and qualify opportunities using sales history and activity.
• Partner with outside sales on targets, pricing, and market initiatives.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact to closure with documentation.
• Maintain pipeline data for forecasting and leadership reporting.
