Superior Beverage Group in Solon, OH, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive product distribution through calls, online orders, and emails. The role offers entry-level growth within the company and a structured weekday schedule.

Work is performed onsite with a 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday schedule; extensive training and career development are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Entry-level inside sales experience in beverage industry preferred.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Must meet customer service standards and maintain professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail in order processing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned accounts by telephone to increase sales of products.
• Promote displays, promotions and secure POS materials.
• Inquire about POS to ensure effective area and operation.
• Address slow-moving products and check code dates on packages.
• Offer merchandising ideas to increase product sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and address inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Communicate progress and relevant information to team and manager.
