Job summary

Quincy Compressor, a brand within Atlas Copco Group, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager - Service to develop the service business and drive market share. The role leads the inside sales team, collaborates with operations, and focuses on efficient call flows and customer experience.

A hybrid work arrangement is offered with a base salary between $72,000 and $100,000, plus a monthly vehicle allowance and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is desirable in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholders at different levels inside and outside the organization.
• Customer-oriented approach with ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.

• Manage and lead the inside and parts sales team.
