Job summary

Flint Group in Kansas City, MO seeks an Inside Sales Leader reporting to the VP of Sales, Anthony Nicosia, to drive growth across 19 local brands in 15 states. You will coach GMs and Inside Sales, deploy the Flint playbook, and onboard acquisitions into Flint’s operating model while preserving local brand identity and relationships.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, margin expansion, and a data-driven approach to accountability.

Qualifications

Hands-on operator with strong judgment and communication.
Track record driving results across decentralized, high-growth environments.
Experience coaching local leaders and building scalable training systems.
Background in integrating acquisitions and expanding margins.
Customer-oriented mindset in PE-backed, multi-site settings.
Willingness to travel regularly across markets.

Responsibilities

Coach General Managers, Sales Managers and Inside Sales teams to adopt Flint’s playbook.
Become SME on the Flint playbook to drive change at each location.
Expand the Flint Playbook across brands and onboard acquisitions into Flint’s model.
Partner with Flint to design and institutionalize the Flint Business System.
Drive revenue growth and margin expansion across brands.
Lead onboarding for new brands to implement scalable systems.
Create and share best practices across Flint brands and improve training.
