Flint Group NA is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to nurture client relationships, grow market share, and proactively pursue new business opportunities in the ink products market serving the print and label industries. You will coordinate with marketing, lab, and finance to tailor solutions and close favorable contracts.

The role emphasizes client advocacy, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving KPI targets through strategic sales planning and accurate forecasting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or account management roles, with a successful track record.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients and grow market share.
