Flint is hiring a Forward Deployed Growth Lead in San Francisco. You will be the face of Flint to brands spending millions on ads, owning accounts from kickoff to renewal, learning each business, and running pilots and experiments hands-on with Flint's ads and page agents.

You’ll translate customer pain points into new agent capabilities and drive rapid growth across accounts. Ideal candidates excel at owning outcomes, have strong analytical skills, and are comfortable working with executives.

Qualifications

• Experience owning outcomes for client accounts or business units.
• Strong ability to analyze data and present clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools and automated agents in workflows.
• Excellent presence with executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own 20–30 customer accounts from kickoff through renewal.
• Run pilots, track performance, and drive measurable growth.
• Build account plans with goals, conversions, and tests.
• Review landing pages, keywords, and ads before launch.
• Design experiments and explain results to customers.
• Lead check-ins, readouts, and escalations with marketing teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to stay on track.
• Translate customer pain points into features for the agent.
