Job summary

Flint is seeking a Forward Deployed Growth Lead to drive growth for marquee brands. You own accounts from kickoff through renewal, learning each business and running pilots and experiments in Flint’s ads and page agents.

You’ll set strategy, guide marketing teams, and communicate results to executives. Work with product, engineering, and sales to keep accounts on track, translating pain points into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience owning outcomes for clients or a business.
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheet models and clear recommendations.
• Heavy use of AI tools and agents in day-to-day work.
• Strong client presence including presenting to executives and handling difficult conversations.
• Ability to juggle many priorities without things slipping.

Responsibilities

• Own 20 to 30 customer accounts as main contact.
• Run pilots from kickoff to readout and conversion.
• Build an account plan for each customer.
• Review landing pages, keywords, and ads before they ship.
• Design and read experiments, and explain results.
• Lead check-ins, readouts, and escalations with marketing teams.
• Work with product, engineering, and sales to keep accounts on track.
• Turn pain points into agent improvements and our engagement playbook.
