Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Min 2 years of leadership experience in inside sales, call center, or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and performance-manage a team to achieve sales and CX goals.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, retention strategies, and call center operations.
• Experience analyzing sales data, KPIs, and trends to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Define the environment, coach, and develop agents per team processes.
• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to meet goals.
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across channels.
• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime, and PTO to maintain staffing.
• Forecast staffing needs with management to meet demand.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Partner with departments to resolve customer concerns.
