Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales/operations.
• Experience leading teams in building materials or wholesale distribution preferred.
• Strong business acumen with experience using CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Engage with walk-in, phone, and online customers directly and maintain own book of business.
• Analyze operational and sales metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Support departmental budgeting, operational planning, and company growth initiatives.
