Windows & Doors By Brownell in Vermont is seeking an Inside Sales leader to guide and develop the Inside Sales team, partner with Sales, Operations and Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment, and manage a personal book of business.

The right candidate has a Bachelor's in Business, 5+ years of leadership in sales or operations, experience with CRM and ERP, and a proven ability to drive process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams in building materials, wholesale distribution, millwork, or a similar industry preferred.
• Strong business acumen with experience using CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Engage with walk in, phone and online customers directly and maintain own book of business.
• Analyze operational and sales metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Support departmental budgeting, operational planning, and company growth initiatives.
